I am often asked to restate the URLs for the common landing pages for Microsoft Online Services aka BPOS.
I would recommend you add these to your favorites menu so you can quickly and easily return to them as needed. I think once you have spent a little time working with your demo account (see previous post), or when you start managing customers as a technical contact they will be come old hat! ;-)

Outlook Web Access (OWA) URLs
For North America documents state the OWA URL as
https://mail.microsoftonline.com
I have found that it doesn’t always resolve so you may have better luck with the Mobile device URL below for OWA. It may be that the documentation I have seen is outdated, but as recently as yesterday that was the case!
